Alright so this week the spirit really came on strong. We heard from L. Tom Perry at Tuesday's devotional. Amazing, to say the least. My companion and I taught some killer lessons where not only did we do all the simple things right, like opening and closing with prayer, but we spoke through the spirit. The greatest lesson I learned was a few days ago. My teacher told us that to be able to fill the needs of an investigator, and to be able to teach through the spirit, we must listen to the investigators needs and stop trying to think of what we are going to say next as they speak. When I followed this, things just flowed. I wasn't stopped dead in my tracks or dumbfounded by a question, I clearly and honestly answered the desires of their hearts.
I don't have any more time to write but we did an endowment session today and it was beautiful. I know that my Savior loves me, and I cannot wait to show this love to others. Love you so much!
